Upon full payment for project deliverables, ownership of final approved creative assets transfers to the client as specified in the project contract. Evolve Branding retains the right to showcase work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed.

4. Client Responsibilities

• Review and approve deliverables within agreed-upon timelines.
• Ensure all materials provided to Evolve Branding do not infringe on third-party intellectual property rights.
• Make payments according to the agreed schedule outlined in the project proposal.

5. Payment Terms

Payment terms are outlined in individual project proposals. Generally, a deposit is required before work begins, with remaining payments due at project milestones. Late payments may be subject to interest charges and may result in project delays or suspension.

6. Limitation of Liability

Evolve Branding shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

7. Website Use

You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe on the rights of others or restrict their use of the website. Prohibited activities include attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems, transmitting harmful code, or using automated tools to scrape content.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate a service engagement with written notice as outlined in the project contract. Upon termination, the client is responsible for payment of all work completed up to the termination date. We reserve the right to terminate or restrict access to our website at any time without notice.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of British Columbia.

10. Changes to Terms
